6. What are the formats in which you provide the icons?

We offer icons in three different formats,

• .gif format
• .ico format
• .png format

You get icons in .gif, .png and .ico formats on every purchase. We also offer Vector format icons. But vector icons need to be ordered separately. Each vector format icon will cost you US $25/icon.



7. What is the difference between these formats and what purpose do they serve?

Different icon formats can be used for different purposes. For instance, if you are developing a software application or a GUI application for windows, you will require .ico icons whereas .gif icons can be used for web applications or any other application which can be accessed through a browser. We offer seven different icon sizes with every purchase as follows:

9. What is the color depth of your icons?

Our icons come in true color as well as 256 colors.

13. Can I purchase individual icons?

Yes you may purchase individual icons. Please visit the following link to purchase Individual Icons. Currently we are offering individual icons with a minimum buy of 10 icons. Each of our icon is priced at $3 when purchased individually.



14. How many icons are there in an icon package?

Each of our icon package is distinct and the total number of icons in each of them varies accordingly. Each icon in an icon-package comes in five sizes (16 x 16 pixels, 24 x 24 pixels, 32 x 32 pixels, 48 x 48 pixels and 64 x 64 pixels) and each size comes in two colors (true color and 256 colors) and all these icons are available in three formats (.ico, .png and .gif). CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES

15. Do you offer icon customization services?

Yes, we do offer icon customization services according to which, we make custom icons for you based on your specifications. The custom icons made by us will be royalty free but will come with the same licensing that we offer for other icons. This means you cannot resell/redistribute/lease/license/sublicense our icons to a third party under any circumstances. For more information on the licensing read our license agreement



16. What is this service priced at?

Each custom made icon will cost you US $35 (Inclusive of service charges). This includes one free revision. Additional revisions will cost you $10 each. There is a minimum order of five icons and a 50% advance payment requirment.

Each custom made icon will be made available in five sizes (16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48 and 64x64), three formats (.ico, png and gif) and in two different color depths (true color and 256 colors). We also offer vector icons on request at an additional cost (please contact us for details).



17. How do I use the customization service?

Just fill up the online icon customization form or mail us with the following details:



• A list of the icons you need with full description
• Formats and sizes in which you need the icons
• A small description about the program/application in which you will you be using the icons
• Deadline's, if any

You will get an email notification from us within 24 hours of your order placement.



18. Do I need to pay any advance to use this service?

Yes, you will need to provide us with an advance, which will be 50% of the total order cost. We will give you those details through the email notification after the order has been placed.



19. When will my icons be delivered?

Delivery of the icons usually takes 3 to 7 days after the order has been booked depending on the workload. But we are flexible enough to follow deadlines.

20. How do I pay?

We have two different payment gateways on our site which are PayPal.com and 2Checkout.com. You may use any one of the two, most preferred by you. Although both the gateways are very secure.



21. Can I pay in a different currency?
You can pay in any currency you want.

22. What kind of rights do I get over the icons?

You get rights for unlimited royalty free use of the icons in their present form or modified form in any or all of your commercial/personal/software, projects or applications. But you do not have rights to resell/ redistribute/lease/license/sublicense our icons to any third party. For further details refer our license agreement
