Terms and Conditions This is a legal agreement between the purchaser of the icons, and Icongalore.com. By downloading any icons from Icongalore.com, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement.

Icongalore.com retains ownership and copyrights of all licensed icons. Upon purchase of individual icons or icon package the customer is granted a nonexclusive, non-sublicensable right to use the icons royalty-free according to the following terms and conditions.

You have rights to

You have rights for royalty free use of our icons for any or all of your commercial/personal/design/
software projects or applications.
You may modify the icons as per your requirements and use them royalty free in any or all of
your commercial/personal/design/software projects or applications.

You do not have rights to

You do not have rights to Redistribute/resell/lease/license/sub-license or offer free downloads of our icons in their present form or in a modified form to any third party.

You are not allowed to use our icons in any resalable website templates. (However we allow our icons to be used on your own website and/or your client's website.)

You are not allowed to use our icons in electronic bulletin boards in downloadable format.

For any resellable web applications or software programs you should not include our icons as an additional attachment to boost your software sales or for any other purpose. Providing additional icons to customers will be considered as a redistribution of our icons which is not permitted by us.

IconGalore.com reserves the copyrights and ownership rights of all the icons downloaded from this website. We reserve rights to change the prices of our icons and/or icon-packages without notice and at our sole discertion.

IconGalore.com will not be held responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our icons.

If we find anyone guilty of copying, stealing, reselling, leasing or renting our icons and/or icon designs, all icongalore.com licenses will automatically be cancelled and they will be liable to legal action.

Refund Policy: No refund will be offered for products once sold

We reserve the rights to make changes to these 'terms and conditions' without any prior notice at our sole discretion. Any such changes will reflect on this page.
